Yup, preregistration is the way to go. Unfortunately I haven't learned that yet for VT even after Ron strongly suggested it each time. So preregistration next time, but I certainly do not want to prevent last minute attendees from deciding to come, afraid they'll be turned away for not being preregistered. Food is always a challenge, always wondering if we have the right amount. Been a little short a few times. One thing we've learned is that Sat lunch is always the biggest meal, about 1/3 bigger than Sat dinner. Sunday pancakes servings grow each year too, but it's easy to make more batter. Wasted syrup is a concern though, we will serve syrup at the grill next time instead of having serving pitchers on the tables. The young'ns seem to pour syrup as if Paul is in the business or something. Still worth every minute though. Almost went to WV, but a school function at Pete's college kept me there instead.
