We had 15 trucks in all. Two guys emailed late in the week to say they couldn't make it. Both offered to pay for meals and T-shirts even though they couldn't make it. Real class.
Seven guys were no-shows. I worried we wouldn't have enough food, but we ended up with way too much. We gave away two large pans of homemade lasagna (one to the band; one to the park staff).
All in all, thanks to the help of my closest PW friends, I ended up spending about what I would have spent to attend a rally in Iowa, MA or VT.
I look forward to next year's Potomac Highlands Tour. This will be a point to point road and trail ride. All I have to do is plan the route, show up, and enjoy the comraderie!
