MU-2 Winch Shifter Fork Locating Bracket - part #19:926758. This should get you going, along with the MU-2 Winch Clutch Fork Assembly - part #19:926752A.
While you are at it, you might consider the MU-2 Winch Starting Crank Support - part #19:599064. (its the small details that make a difference)
