I saw this nicely rebuilt green PW with Florida tags, homemade topper and a canoe strapped to the top at the local Walmart parking lot Sunday afternoon. It was obvious that the owner was on a serious road trip! I waited out in the parking lot to meet the owner, since fellow powerwagon owners arn't a common sight around here. Zack told me about his truck as we were lying on the parking underneath his truck. I've never seen such a clean drivetrain. He and Kim wanted to make it to Douglas, Wy by night fall, 135 miles further down the road from Chadron, Nebraska. When he fired it up and drove off I never knew that a 230 could purr so smoothly. How inspiring.
Phil
