The spam is annoying, I try to check the forum regularly to delete the spam posts. There are a lot of messages that get deleted before they ever get on the forum, but its hard to anticipate all methods of spamming, and keep changing the script.
Even the registration based forum can get spam, although its a lot less frequent. At some point I may have to switch, but I'm holding out for now.
