This probably doesn't hold water, but since Cerberus already owns part of GMAC and part of Chrysler LLC:

Cerberus Capital Management LP, trades Chrysler LLC to GM for the remainder of GMAC

GM and Chrysler LLC is Automotive Company Again and is better suited to take on TOYota and forget about Ferd.

Cerberus Capital Management LP now fully owns a Bank (GMAC) and can better take advantage of Government Bail Out put in place by the politicians and lobbyist against the peoples wishes.
