Dodge went to using the 2 piece door glass regulator on all models a few years after production started so your half way there. You'll need the front track in any event. Your regulator should be L shaped with 2 arms moving in parallel. One piecers are retangular and push the glass up in an arms raised motion. MUCH better and in my experience easier to raise and wear out slower. It's a lot of force to try to raise the glass from one side and when something gets out of adjustment or loose it wears fast. Interesting fact the the 1941 1/2 ton military Closed cabs, carry alls and ambulances had a metal surround the TOTALLY went around the door glass. I can send pics of the regulators and such. Kevin
