what was the finish on bed of the truck

I'm starting to finish the truck bed.
I know the exposed sheet metal was the same color as truck colors. But
Was the bed floor natural wood or painted.
Was the bottom of the bed floor painted or natural?
What type of wood did Dodge use?
Was the bed cross member’s under the wood floor black or the color of exterior?
the truck is a57 FF
