Chrysler 400 From Auto To Stick

Found a good 400 to put in my 67 W200 crew cab. It was out of a 76 W200, but it was an auto. I have a big block bellhousing, that I'll have to convert from mechanical clutch to hydraulic. Not to worried about that. What I'm concerned about though, is how the 400 is balanced. I believe it is internally balanced, with weights on the flex plate. Any problems putting my flywheel on this motor? Will it need an harmonic balancer?
