I have the same problem on my 48 B-1. When I tore down the knuckle last year, I noticed the bushing was all cracked and missing pieces, just like yours. Its the drivers side, the passenger side is fine.

Now, what do you use to pull out that bushing?? I can't find anything to fit in there to get it out. And what is it that is in behind that bushing? Some kind of ring gasket?
