The cam that moves the shoe is disconnected. Usually a small weld on it should re-secure it. They are pressed on at the factory, and time, corrosion and rust will cause separation. It's one of those things that as soon as you see it, you will know what to do. You've fixed enough farm machinery in your life, this is a piece of cake! The hadest part will be removing the drums.
