Paul, Thanks for that detailed info. My question is about a friends 68 W200 Crew Cab with the big knuckle 3500lb. (Dana 60 knuckles?) axle. The front wheel just wobbles when you shake it!! I drove it for a good distance a couple years ago and didn't notice handling problems, but that's scary. Would you have part numbers for the big knuckle Dana 44 knuckle bearings and cups? Also when you are using cone bearings instead of cone bushings, how due they get lubed as you go? Do you need to install a zirk fitting? The Dana 44 has a U-Joint instead of the W300/WM300 Joint (forgot what you call it), so I would expect to replace that too.

I have a 64 W100 TWPW which had new wheel bearings and seals before I bought it, but I really don't know about the knuckle bearings... seems OK. I believe I have PN#s for W100. There is also a 68 W300 Crew Cab and a 62 W300 around here that might need the same rebuild, so thanks again. This rebuild is something that I haven't done before. Gary
