About a month a go a young lady (45) shows up at our farm ,to purchase some hay for her horses.I did nt know her and she said she lived about thirty miles south of our place ,east of a small town. she gave me a sob story about how theres no good hay around , because of all the rain. she needed 200 hundred bales , i was busy and pointed her to field on the north west side of the farm . All i could rember about her she was driving a 2007 blue power ram dodge and had a bumper pull trailer. She loads the hay and is "GONE" .so i figure she will be back to pay me for the hay > Well she didnt come or call so i figured i got ripped .So last thursday i was in that town she said she lived in and i started asking at the local gas stations if any body knows this girl and this truck ,no luck. So i head east about 10 miles see these two cops and ask them about a lady and this truck and a horse farm again, no luck .Well its getting on to about 4 oclock and my son eddie thinks i have lost my mind,he thinks its a needle in the hay stack > 20 miles east of were she said she lived theres this trailer repair shop on the hyway , seemed to be operated by a couple bikers . i approach these dudes and they are serious bunch, but there having a beer and seem pretty mellow . I explain the story . Describing the woman to them and they say yup they know her ,she scammed them out of a repair bill.They said they knew were she lived , so they drew me a map to her place ! She lived 30 miles east of my place NOT 30 miles south .I went to her door and Knocked she just about $hit her self when she opened the door . i was polite and just asked what was her story and left . when i got up to go for coffe at 4 am saturday i went to my mail box and there was a envelope with cash in it from her . i was lucky but i just couldnt believe that her lies and her intension was to ripp me off, but even if she never paid me the look on her face when i knocked on the door was worth twice the cash she owed me so bad news gets around fast very fast ~ J
