It sounds like you replaced the original left rear wheel that was suspect with the spare. Ok, the spare, was it static balanced ( not spinning )or spun balanced ? I hear some shops that do large trucks have spin balancers the bud rims will mount on to. If you only did static balancing, I would get the spare spin balanced. You could have two marginal wheels. If you compare both wheels running down the road on the left rear, do they both act exactly the same ? If not I would suspect two wheels with some sort of issue. Onother thing you can do is jack ut the rear, remove both rear wheels, and support the rear end of the WC very well, and run it in gear, to see if anything looks out of wack with the rear drums or backing plates...
