I have not seen any. I'm sure they are all covered by now with more modern asphalt.
Granite City is about 12 mi from me.
John Bell lives there may-be he will chime in.
I do know there are still streets in E.St. Louis. covered in stone or coble stone bricks.
Some street have been completely dug up of there paver stones by looter's.
