That is exactly what saved me. The whole thing is like an M. C. Escher drawing, very confusing.
This was my first taste of this, after being in business for 29 years. I have never had to sic an attorney on anyone or had one turned on me. Disagreements with clients have always been settled at their kitchen table, and ended with a handshake. I like doing business that way.
In this litigious society we live in I dont think any business is safe from lawsuits.
