Right now, Ebay motors and a few other exceptions you can still use checks and money orders. Everything else is Paypal only allready. They probably will soon change to all Paypal for the extra kickback since Ebay owns Paypal. Seems like a monopoly to me but so are the Oil cartels.

I've bought and sold on Ebay and honestly I've had better luck on Ebay than off. A few bad apples but they are Everywhere in WHATEVER you do. I've found people off Ebay are harder to contact once they say they want it(never pay)or won't even send pics of what they are selling. I've got a small pile of junk parts to prove that as I learned the hard way early on.

On shipping I've had WAY more trouble with freight companys than UPS or USPS. You are indeed lucky to be close to Vintage but most of us don't have that option. UPS is just WAY to expensive on small stuff for me. USPS Flat rate boxes are real nice too for heavy stuff. In over 750 things sent I haven't had one lost yet.(fingers crossed) I do use delivery confirmation on everything if insurance is opted out. Protects both buyer and seller to show that it was sent. Won't pay if it is lost but they can't blame you.

EBay was a nice thing but now it's become to Coporate in my opinion. Kevin
