David. If I had wandered through Wallace in 1970 instead of Sandpoint, I would be there right now. I love the area here, especially the lake, but it's gotten so overgrown with rich people building second, third, or fourth homes here and racing the cost of land beyond the reach of anyone of normal means. I'm happy to have my little two acre parcel and a rented slip at the marina for my boat, but I don't know how long I can hold out against the rising costs of simple amenities. We have a little gun show Sunday at the fair grounds. I hope to get by there for a look. JH
