All the 1/2 ton WC's had the ability to dual up the rear wheels. The rear lugs and budd wheels were set up for duals even through most models were single rear wheel models. Several styles of beds/cargo rears were available in open and closed cab versions. One of the more common was the pick-up bed. The WC 20 & WC 41 emergency repair trucks came w/ duals. Others may have come as a dual wheel "cab & chassis" too. Hope this helps a little.
