To all those who responded to my request for help - Thank you. Without this forum, I'm not sure how I would have ever figured it out. The shuttering I was experiencing after re-installing my engine and tranny was indeed out of phase UJoints in the short drive shaft between the tranny and transfer case. Now that they are properly aligned - a very smooth running truck.
Now for all the other stuff...
