I used "Neoprene" with a 2-1/2" od with 3/8" id and drilled it out. I can get this size for you at $2.80/inch plus shipping. This material has tensile strength of 1200psi, max. temp. of 200 degrees F. They're used for pressure pad service on hydraulic presses and punch presses. There are other sizes available upon request.
