Well, Crismons US Military Vehicle books have most everything in them, transplanted onto terra-tracks and Evans auto-railers.

I've seen a video for Mattracks too that would fit most things or could be adapted, even us Brits had a go with Cuthbertsons putting land rovers on tracks too.

The basic problem isn't fitting the bogie assemblies to something like a Dodge, but is steering it and preventing bogie articulation to a point where it wrecks the wheel wells. Putting a Tucker axle and pontoon setup on the back of a Dodge would be easy and wouldn't need any rocket science, as they say.
