You're not in the part of the country destined for rust, so i would just look at the underside and window ares just to be sure.
If it's been sitting more then a year, you're bound to have tons of problems with seals, bearings, etc. from not gettin lubed.
Otherwise, BUY IT! And save another PW from the scrap pile! ;-)
