I've been doing some weekend log skidding with my B-2 pw, it's been working great till I hung up a log against a tree. The engine started lugging down (in 4 low) and the chained up tires started slipping and befor I could react the axle popped. The left rear axle broke at the spline. Question is how do you remove the rest of the spline? A'm I going to have to crack open the pumpkin? If I need to do that maybe I should take it home--45 miles away. How well do Power Wagons drive for that distance in front wheel drive only? What should be the top speed(with rear drive shaft removed)? Any tips or advice welcome.
