OK Guys this truck was sitting a very long time and the fuel system was full of water and dirt. SO clean out was in order. Another gas tank and filter. cleaned out all the other fuel system parts. Never had the fuel pump of. Just cleaned the bowl out. Never ran the truck before all this repair. The problem is 12 pound fuel pressure. I am working threw this need to tear down pump and compare it to my good pump from my truck. I have 2 nos repair kits going to check springs. Was going to do that today but other work came first. Bill. PS the fuel is clean and no dirt shows up.
