The front fenders are quite different between the M37 and WC. The M37 front fenders roll down in the front much lower than a WC/PW. You may be able to make them fit, but it sure will not look right.

M37/PW use a NP-200 T Case. The only difference between the two is how they actually mount on the cross member and the in/out yokes. With this said, Yes, you can use a NP-200, 2 speed T Case to replace a single speed T case. You will have to fab some mounts as mounting is different. You may have to get different drive shafts as the single speed case is much thinner than a 2 speed. If you luck out there will be enough slip length to fit and work properly. Maybe someone here has done this swap and can verify if the drive shafts need changing ?
