I haven't found fuel pump rebuild kits at regular auto parts stores for a long time. I've been getting PW kits from Then & Now Automotive (781-335-8860). Not sure if they have kits for WCs, but most likely they do. Generally about $25/kit. In my experience, ever old rig I've bought had a fuel pump that worked initially, but failed within the first year. I tend to think it's the alcohol in the modern gas that eats the diaphragms, but it could just be cracking from age. Then & Now claims their kits have alcohol-proof diaphragms in them.
