Thanks for the breakdown. I am still confused (whats new?) If Hot Heads makes an adapter plate to allow a 318 pump to work on a 315, how can that pump that fits a 318 also work in a 315? That 315 is kind of an orphan child and seems to be overlooked in a lot of parts applications.
The listing says the pump will fit 60 - 62 WM-300s, that would be a 230 engine, does a 318 share a pump with a 230?
