Yes, the headliners available will fit the 'front' of the WC53 Carryall, Door post covers and all fit well as the front of the cab is the same as a PW. But, where the top headliner ends, you would have to fab something for the rear ceiling of the carryall.

I made my Carryall headliner from windshield to tail gate out of 1/16" fiberglass board. I believ its called Marlite. It has a pebble texture on one side, smooth on the reverse side. Its very flexible and will countour to the curves well. It comes in 4x8 foot sheets.
