Need Hual for a Bucyrus shovel -ot

I am considering buying a small Bucyrus Erie 10B cable hoe but before I do i have some hauling questions. The machine weighs 20,000# and apparently does not require special over the road permits. I have been told the best thing is to get a hauler on a return empty trip. The machine is in Michigan and Im in N.Virginia. What is the best plan and potential cost. any tips pppreciated
