Anybody tried this floor paint?

"Seal-Krete epoxy seal". It seems like a good deal, if it really is epoxy floor paint, at 4 gallons for $50, $5 less if you're a member. I'm a little dubious because it says "soap and water cleanup", and my experience with water-based varnishes has been bad. Freight to my location comes to $9.49, which seems quite reasonable for 4 gallons of paint these days. At Sportsman's Guide, there's always a $10 off coupon for orders of $100 or more, so if you bought, say, 8 gallons of paint and a box of ammo to bring the order to $100, the ammo would be free. The question is whether the paint is any good. The concrete floor in the basement of my building which I use as my shop is pretty dusty and crumbly, and something like this might be worth trying. I don't think I need the high-end stuff because it's indoors and it won't get driven on. On the other hand if it's just going to flake off like the water-based floor varnish I've seen, it'll only make the mess worse.
