D2500 V-8 Hemi Question

Im looking at a 2006 Dodge 2500 2wd long bed with the 8 cyc V-8 hemi. It has A/C, P/S, P/B, bed liner and all the other usual stuff. It looks brand new, as was more a weekend truck than a worker. No rust or damage.

The dealer can move it because of the high gas prices. Seems the hemi is scaring buyers away.

Anyone have any intel in these trucks? I have the dealer down to $8900.00 so Im wondering if there are any landmines to watch out for with them.
