If you countersink for the rear holes, the remaining bit of wood would be very fragile. So I passed. But I don't think they were OE either, I would have had to drill the rear member too.

That's my own idea with the tie downs, pic is of my truck. Paul hosts that site for us. The 'tie downs' are called 'trap door ring pulls', for doors in floors. Anyway, I looked all over for those, and could only find some that were kind of thin. So I went ahead and dropped them off for powder coating in black. Next trip to Home Depot, I checked out what they had- their stock was twice as thick. Oh well.

It takes two router patterns, one for the deeper central hole, and one to barely sink the flange below floor level. Plus a bit of work with a chisel, so the rings will stand up all the way. I had already made big round holes with a router jig too, that the flange barely covers. Better to plan ahead.
