I think your rims are Kelly Springfield (?)style. The rims are 2 almost equal halves split down the middle.The split is contained in a ridge that makes it look a bit like it has a drop centre. They aren't very wide and were used lots with 8.25/20 tires. We saw them a lot on school buses and bread trucks, things up to 5 tons. The old tire man will tell you more if you need, I just remember they're NOT NICE.
