I'd be willing to wager a bet that if you used tremclad or Home Depot latex exterior house paint for that matter, used the same care that you did in applying the POR15, then top coated with Rustoleum, you'd have a very similar result 10 years later...after being looked after the way you look after your equipment of course :)
