yes the M-37 tranny will fit in an WC 1/2 ton without changing the bellhousing. wc pto will NOT fit m37 trans .. yes you have to do cutting of wood floorboard and maybe some of the tin ,if you have the WC 1sp transfer you will have to rework the brake band , bracket on trans too but you can make it work,,,,,
