Could 62 town panel be military vehicle?

Glen, I saw a 55-56 Town Panel in Boulder CO a few years ago. It was army green and you could still make out the ARMY and numbers on the doors.

I have a 64 TWPW in CO and found another here that I almost bought that had the very next vin number. It also had all the same equipment (winch, turn signals & sert and equip. tags). Was a fleet purchase, and I would guess BLM. Both originally Mustang Grey or white. Eric B. bought it and sold it and it is now totally restored. I would like to find out what they were. Saw another similar one on Denver craigs list. Gar
