In Martys case it may be a gray area since he is in another country but I could have got into my buddys black B61 Mack today at the parade and headed for the east coast in it and not need a CDL or air brake endorsement. Nor would I have to stop at weigh stations. The truck is how ever tagged with an antique tag and not a commercial tag. I could also pull a trailer with it and haul MY stuff on it.
