What is a fact is that the use of drugs, marijuana or otherwise, impair your judgement long after you use them. Very similar to alcohol.
Having worked under a random program for over 20 years I will take the drug free work place every time.
You want to blow your brains out on a weekend and think its safe for you to show up on Monday morning for work? You must be on drugs!
