I know that is not a winch bumper, but it is a dodge or some kind of correct aftermaket snow plow or fire equiptment bumper, its bolt hole pattern and bottom notch shows up on a lot of w500s and w300s and w200s on Norms pic site, it might be a JIm Beam Sprayer bumper or for mounting a air compressor as well who knows with Dodge>>>and mixed up with that hydra valve tank for the lift rams. There is a picture of a 67 w500 with that same bumper on it, the orange one, but it actualy had a winch on it. For all we know that truck might have been set up to run and winch and run the dump by removing one or the other who knows?????? Is that truck of Martys a 4 speed with one side pto window or the dual window 5 speed 540 or 541???
