Is that a winch and what winch Bumper on the front???

I cant tell by the picture, does it have a factory winch on it or an aftermarket or ???? I was looking for the year too, looks to be a 1970 w500 like Jerrys??? Where is the pto/winch knob/handle, on the dash or on the floor???? If it is factory who does it not have the bumper like Jerrys and the older frame you guys repoed??? I still saying prob are about 3 or 4 bumpers they used with the same part number, I did read in my W500 shop manual there are 2 (at least) factory winches they installed according to the book,one is operated from the dash, other from a lever on the floor, but i figure anything next to the truck got bolted on to sell!!! Nice truck and LOCKOUTS!!!!!
