we have very strict gun control laws and shootings are way up . criminals will always have guns they get them easier than a honest law abiding citizen . only cheap solution is the rope for gun offenders , kinda like it in public to . in morroco ( the oil fields) you could tell smokers from nonsmokers when they cut the heads off for crimes . leaves a lasting impression and is a great deterant ~ J
