Don't know how much room you need but you can move the radiator forward on a 1/2 ton by slipping it into the saddle and mounting to the front the saddle. Gains about 2 inches and if you runelectric fans on the front you can gain more. If your planning on a blower then your probably going to have to do what your talking about.
