As Vaughn says stronger and quieter. Also used in more recent trucks. NP-205's are bullet proof. I use them in my trucks.
With that said, the output on a NP-205 is centered, no provision for offset output as on a NP-200. You will have to deal with the centered output vs offset differential. Never used a divorced NP-205, can not speak if mounting holes are the same as a np-200 for plug and play......I doubt it ?
