That,s a common style of bolt for heavy equipment lites,the ground and power run thru the hole.If you have a large wrecking yard close maybe they have a n old old backhoe with that style lite and scoop the bolts from it.Option 2 Grote is a supplier of that style ,maybe you can buy the bolts seperate ,or if you have a H.D. mechanic buddy he probably has spares left over in the junk drawer of his tool box.
