They still have those old-style bumper cars in an arcade in Seaside, Oregon, alongside an original tilt-a-whirl that's been indoors all its life. I'm not sure if the cars say "Dodgem" on them, though. They do look just about the same. Those bumper cars were antique when I was a kid, and I was glad to see they were still operating when I visited there a couple years ago. There's a new kind they have some places that are battery-powered, with bumpers that look like inner tubes around them, but I like the old ones that have the metal-covered ceiling and floor and a mast that picks up the current from the ceiling. I don't see the mast on that one in your picture, but then it doesn't look like it has wheels under it either. Is it just in a museum somewhere? They're one of those things that needs to be operating to be appreciated. There's nothing like the sparks and the smell of warm friction tape and ozone to bring the electricity to life.
