Not being familiar with the A/C, alls I can do is guess. Some guesses bound to be idiotic, but I suppose you are ready to try anydamthing...
T/O bearing up side down/ not catching the 'ears' of the fork? Pressure plate too near/far from flywheel? Fork not properly on it's ball? Fork on backwards?
