slight chance IF you are getting a real dragging feeling on pavement > that, even though your sticks are moving dosent mean you are NOT locked in to 4 wd by the transfer case> there could be a problem in the case that you are unaware of > if this is a new vehilcle to you, i would put it up on a hoist and check for sure that all IS working in the T case > you dont want to get a bad taste in your mouth after you skin off a ton off front rubber and wear out your charge card fueling in the proces good luck ~J
