If I'm following you...I think you are trying to convert a BB 727 trans to a married transmission/transfercase...right? I have the parts here to do this to one of my projects & all you need is the tailshaft that coresponds to whatever transfercase you're planning to use. In my case that's an NP205. Then you need the appropriate shaft.
I have yet to switch mine but I'm thinking I'm just going to let my transmission guy go through the tranny & install the necessary parts at that time.
