I think you can pare your list down a loooong ways. After all, you only have two trucks to carry it in.
But where's the acetylene welder? Split rim hammer, tire irons, patch kit, tube and 'boot'. Make sure some tires have the stem-remover caps. Skip the air compressor, bring a CO2 bottle.
ELT beacon? Mirror, and smoke grenades? How many MREs are adequate? S e x tant and Chronometer? Parachute? Life raft? Sherpa guide?
